At The Scrub Life, we want you to feel as good as you look in your medical apparel. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn, unwashed scrubs with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
